David Axler

David Axler is a business executive who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Occupier. They previously served as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at Wave HQ (2023–2025), and held leadership roles there including VP/GM – Banking and Books (2020–2023) and Director of Growth and Business Development (2017–2019). They have also held roles at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant (2011–2014), Influitive as Head of Market Expansion/GM (2016–2017), and Free The Children as International Project Consultant and Facilitator (2006–2008). They earned a B.A. Hons in International Relations from Western University (2002–2006), an MBA from the Rotman School of Management (2009–2011), a post-graduate Bridge to Business program (2008), and studied International Relations at Charles University in Prague (2005–2006).
