Jim Mecham

Jim Mecham, MSIE, OTRL, CPE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention. As the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Co-Founder of OccuCare from January 2017 to the present, Jim oversees strategic initiatives for customer satisfaction and sales while managing national injury prevention locations. In parallel, Jim serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of OccuPro since 2002, where responsibilities include global sales and operational strategies related to Functional Capacity Evaluations and continuing education. Jim's previous roles include Director of Ergonomics at Sports Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists and Occupational Therapist at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy. Jim has also contributed to education as an adjunct professor at Concordia University Wisconsin.
