Bob Pescatore, MBA/PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob currently serves as the Vice President Defense Solutions at Ocean Aero Inc since April 2023. From June 2022 to March 2023, Bob worked as the General Manager of Digital Products at Comtech Satellite Network Technologies.

Prior to that, Bob held various positions at Cubic Mission & Performance Solutions, including Senior Program Director, Vice President & General Manager of Ground Training Solutions, Program Director, and Director of Business Development. During their time at Cubic, Bob led multiple successful projects, including the development and demonstration of a training environment for the Air Force Research Laboratory and the implementation of IR&D projects for cryptographic unit certification and waveform porting.

Before joining Cubic, Bob held the position of Business Operations Manager at Power Ten Incorporated from July 2010 to April 2011. Bob also worked as the Senior Manager at Shee Atika Technologies, LLC from 2008 to 2010, where they managed the West Coast C4I Test & Evaluation Profit Center.

Bob's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for 20 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Noteworthy roles during their military career include Commanding Officer of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 323, where they led a team of 232 Marines and Sailors on combat cruises, and ACE Instructor at the MAGTF Staff Training Program, where they trained and evaluated Tactical Air Command Center staffs.
