Kelly O'Neil Murray

Kelly O'Neil Murray has extensive experience in business development and marketing. Kelly currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Ocean Associates, Inc. since 2015. Prior to this, they were the Co-Owner of O'Neil Daughter Kansas Farms since 2002.

Their notable work experience includes their tenure at The Nature Conservancy, where they held multiple roles. From 1996 to 2002, Kelly served as the Director of Interactive Marketing, overseeing strategy, communication, membership development, customer service, and web marketing. Kelly managed a large team and a significant budget, leading to significant growth in membership and revenue. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1996, they held various positions in membership development, managing the organization-wide fundraising program and implementing strategies to acquire and retain donors.

Kelly O'Neil Murray earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Business Management from Creighton University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In 1990, they also briefly attended Richmond, The American International University in London, focusing on the humanities. Kelly went on to pursue a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from George Mason University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1994.
