Andrew W. Staton

Andrew W. Staton has had a diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew W. started their career in 1995 as the Chief of Staff for Delagate William C. Mims. From 1996 to 2003, they worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where their role focused on security policy and strategy and IT investment strategy. In 2002, they joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty as the President of The Andy Staton Group, a position they held until 2017. During this time, they also served as the CEO of Andy Staton Home Services at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from 2017 to 2023. In 2011, they became a member of DEFAC under Governor Jack Markell. Currently, Andrew W. Staton is the CEO of Andy Staton Home Services at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty.

Andrew W. Staton pursued their education at Longwood University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from 1992 to 1995. Later, in 1999 and 2000, they attended the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management, earning a Master of Science degree in Management.
