Astrid Cobaleda

Astrid Cobaleda has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Astrid worked at Ocean Bank from 2000 to 2012, where they held various roles including Officer, Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, AVP & Human Resources Officer, and AVP & Payroll and Benefits Manager. Astrid then moved to U.S.Century Bank in 2010 as a Human Resources Officer. Astrid returned to Ocean Bank in 2012 and currently holds the position of VP, HR Operations Manager.

Astrid Cobaleda attended Miami Dade College from 1998 to 2009 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration. Then, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Florida International University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and International Business. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they completed their education at Michigan State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership.
