Chierno Skinner

Chierno Skinner, CFA, FRM, has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Treasurer at Ocean Bank since June 2007. Prior to this role, Chierno held the position of AL Manager at The International Bank of Miami from 1996 to 2006. Chierno's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Miami, obtained between 1995 and 1996, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Finance and Marketing from the same institution, completed in 1993.
