Ivan Castaneda

Ivan Castaneda has over three decades of experience at Ocean Bank, where Ivan has held various positions since 1986, culminating in the role of Asset Based Lending & Factoring Manager. In this capacity, Ivan manages the Bank's Asset-Based Lending Area, overseeing a range of credit facilities and supervising the Factoring Department. Prior experience includes the Head of Special Assets Department, where Ivan managed non-performing assets and collaborated with the Legal Department on litigations and foreclosures. Ivan also served as the Assistant to the Head of Special Assets and the Special Projects Manager, contributing to real estate asset administration and bank acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Ivan worked as a Credit Analyst and commenced their professional journey as a Graduate Assistant at Louisiana State University, where Ivan coordinated a banking simulation program. Ivan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University.
