Franz Acevedo Heinsen

Franz Acevedo Heinsen has extensive experience in hotel and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Xeliter Serviced Residences since 2014, overseeing 16 condominium properties with over 2,000 units in key tourist destinations in the Dominican Republic. Previous roles include the General Director of a 420-room all-inclusive hotel in Varadero, Cuba, and the General Director of H10 Habana Panorama and Vic Hotel Arena Blanca in Cuba and the Dominican Republic, respectively. Additionally, Franz's career features leadership positions at Coral Canoa by Hilton and has a strong educational background with a Master in Business Administration and a degree in Hotel Management from Universidad Católica Madre & Maestra, complemented by certifications and advanced studies from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and Cornell University.
