Elizabeth Cerny-Chipman

Elizabeth Cerny-Chipman is an accomplished professional in marine policy and conservation, currently serving as Policy Manager for US Fisheries at Ocean Conservancy since March 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Policy Analyst and Fish Policy Analyst at Ocean Conservancy, and a John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship at NOAA's Office for Coastal Management. Elizabeth's academic background features a PhD in Zoology from Oregon State University, where prior positions included Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant focusing on marine conservation science.
