Caroline Herbst has over a decade of experience in the environmental and animal health sectors. Currently serving as an Environmental Health Specialist at Ocean County Health Department since July 2012, Caroline also holds the role of Animal Health Technician and Supervises Animal Keeper, managing the care and medication of shelter animals and ensuring their vaccination compliance. Prior experience includes working as a Library Clerk and Laboratory Supervisor at Delaware Valley University, where Caroline also completed a Bachelor of Science in Small Animal Science from 2008 to 2012. Education was initially pursued at Toms River East High School, culminating in a General Education Diploma in 2008.
