Peer Breastfeeding Counselor at Ocean County Health Department

Kimberly Guccione is an experienced educator specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction and literacy intervention. Currently serving as a Peer Breastfeeding Counselor at Ocean County Health Department since November 2022, Kimberly has a strong background in teaching ESL across various educational settings, including WALL TOWNSHIP PUBLIC SCHOOLS as an ESL Teacher/Literacy Interventionist from September 2018 to October 2021, and Keyport Central School from September 2012 to June 2018. Kimberly's expertise includes differentiated lesson planning, multi-sensory literacy instruction, and participation in Individualized Education Plan meetings to support English Language Learners (ELLs). Additional experience includes teaching advanced ESL courses as an Adjunct Professor at Middlesex County College in 2014 and earlier teaching roles at William C. McGinnis School.
