Paul's experience includes roles as Operations and Strategy Director at Mojagate, where responsibility extended to strategic projects and operational efficiencies in East Africa, and as Director of the Fintech Delivery Panel at Tech Nation, facilitating collaboration between government and industry for UK fintech growth. Paul also provided advisement in various capacities to the UK government and established significant public policy strategies while at TP ICAP and Aviva after progressing through senior management roles. Paul holds a degree in Economics and Politics from The University of Manchester.
