Alfred Goon

Alfred Goon has a strong background in corporate development, strategy, investor relations, and deal advisory. Alfred has been working at OceanFirst Bank since 2020 as the SVP for Corporate Development, Strategy, and Investor Relations. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG from 2016 to 2020 as the Director for Deal Advisory and Strategy. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Senior Associate at KPMG, specializing in audit for NY Financial Services.

Alfred Goon has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business. Alfred also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. Prior to that, they attended Mountain Lakes High School. In terms of certifications, Alfred is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited by the State of New Jersey and the NYC Department of Education. Alfred also holds a Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite.
