Prior to her tenure at OceanFirst Bank, Alicia was the Business Owner of Cool Beans Coffee House Inc from November 1998 to December 2015 and served as Vice President, Market Sales Director, and Sales Management at PNC from January 1993 to November 1998. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Monmouth University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rider University.
