Damon has a proven track record of successfully managing and expanding client relationships, as well as underwriting commercial loans. Damon is skilled in various industries, including retail, healthcare, specialty lending, and non-profits.

Damon Minus completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from City University of New York-College of Staten Island in 2012-2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Developmental Psychology from the CUNY School of Professional Studies, graduating in 2018-2022.
