Michele Estep

Michele Estep is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer at OceanFirst Bank since February 2018. Prior to this role, Michele held the same title at Sun National Bank from March 2008 to January 2018, where significant initiatives included developing a culture of accountability and implementing succession planning strategies that reduced regrettable loss to under 2%. Michele's earlier experience at KeyBank spanned nearly 17 years, progressing through various roles in Human Resources, including SVP Human Resources Relationship Manager, where Michele acted as a strategic business partner supporting eight districts. Michele holds a Master of Business Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Syracuse University.
