Richard Hill

Richard Hill serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Generation since January 2021 and is the Founder & Director of Jagera Limited, where responsibilities include advising and mentoring senior leaders across various sectors. Previous leadership roles include CEO positions at Fontem Ventures B.V. and Standard Chartered in Korea, as well as significant executive positions at Imperial Brands PLC and Allied Domecq PLC, including CFO roles and a successful NYSE listing. Richard Hill's educational background includes a BSc in Physics with Medical Physics from the University of Exeter and further studies in business and personal coaching.
