Robert Buckley

Robert Buckley is currently the Group Aftersales Manager at Ocean BMW and MINI, where they oversee customer service operations. Previously, they served as the Aftersales Director at Blue Bell Group for three decades, playing a key role in strategic planning and management across multiple sites. Robert also held the position of General Manager at RSAAR Group for a brief period, managing a major accident repair facility. Accredited as an Engineering Technician by the Engineering Council, Robert is an elected member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and has pursued education at institutions including Manchester College of Arts and Technology and Loughborough University.
