Ahmed Serag Eldin is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as the Group Deputy Aftersales Manager at Jaidah Group since June 2015, previously holding the position of Branch Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing warranty operations in line with manufacturer policies, monitoring technician performance, and fostering teamwork through regular meetings.
