Sam Chiarella

Sam Chiarella is a seasoned clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in various pharmacy settings. Currently serving at OHI - Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc. since September 2018, Sam previously held positions as a Pharmacist for CVS Pharmacy from 2015 to August 2018 and as an Executive Pharmacist at Target from October 2002 to December 2015. Earlier career experience includes ownership of Brick Pharmacy from December 1994 to March 2002. Sam Chiarella obtained a degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia between 1987 and 1990.
