Katie Carter has a diverse background in the travel industry, starting as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and working their way up to becoming a Trade Sales Agent at Ocean Holidays. With experience as a Destination Expert at Infinity Holidays and a Personal Travel Consultant at Flight Centre, Katie has a strong foundation in customer service and travel planning. Prior to their travel industry roles, Katie also gained managerial experience as an Assistant Manager at Rafferty's Eynsford. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Portsmouth.

Ocean Holidays, the long-haul holiday and luxury travel specialists, is one of the UK's fastest growing travel brands. Founded in Essex in 2004 by two sets of brothers, Daniel and David Ox together with George and Harry Hastings, the business has been voted “Best Travel Company to the USA” each year since 2018.
