Toby Maclaurin

Toby Maclaurin is the Chief Commercial Officer at Ocean Independence, where they have been since 2024. They began their maritime career as a trainee shipwright at Coombes Boatyard in the UK and subsequently held various roles in yacht brokerage and sales, including positions at Ancasta International Boat Sales, Premier Yachts, and Opal Marine. After joining Cavendish White in 2002, Toby continued with Ocean Independence following its acquisition of Cavendish White in 2008. They served as the MYBA President from March 2009 to April 2014 and currently chair the association's commercial company, All Yachting SAS.
