Michael McCrory

Michael McCrory is a seasoned professional in the field of mechanical engineering with extensive experience in business development and academia. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at Ocean Optics since June 2018, Michael has progressed through various roles, including Business Development Manager, Application Sales Engineer, and Application Scientist. Prior to this, Michael was affiliated with the University of South Florida from 2012 to 2017, where as a Graduate Student, research focused on anode materials for Lithium Ion Batteries, supplemented by multiple roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in subjects such as Vibrations and Advanced Materials. In addition, a Microlithography Intern position at PIXELTEQ contributed to process development for photoresist materials. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of South Florida.
