Richard Curran

Richard Curran has a diverse and extensive work experience. Richard is currently serving as the President of Ocean Insight, a company that focuses on delivering the power of various brands related to optics and light technologies. Prior to this role, they also had a temporary position as the President (Interim) at AAI.

Before their current roles, Richard worked as a Principal at a private consulting firm, where they focused on building employee engagement and efficiency in manufacturing operations. Richard also provided interim executive leadership and coached line leaders on implementing effective metrics and dashboards.

Their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, was also earned at Lehigh University from 1986 to 1990. Richard Curran completed their high school education at Father Judge High School, where they received their H.S. Diploma in 1986.
