Chris Watson

Chris Watson currently serves as the National Port Operations Coordinator at Ocean Network Express, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Transport Planner at MITSUI O.S.K. LINES, LIMITED from June 2017 to March 2018, and Cape Town Manager at Network Airline Services from January 2016 to September 2016. Earlier in the career, Chris worked in export roles at Bridge Group from March 2006 to May 2015, and as General Manager at Bridge Shipping Tanzania Limited from October 2012 to April 2015. Chris also gained experience in import and exports at OCS Worldwide Ltd. from February 2003 to February 2006. Chris holds degrees in Import, Export and Logistics Management, as well as Operations Management from the University of Cape Town in 2019, along with technical education from Benoni Tech and Boksburg High.
