Andrew MacMath is the Owner of Next Wave Solutions, LLC, a consulting agency that specializes in helping organizations optimize their operations and achieve greater efficiency. Andrew is also the Director of Organizational Development & Technology at Ocean Partnership For Children, and an Adjunct Professor at Ocean County College. In the past, Andrew has worked as a Care Manager at Ocean Partnership For Children & Bergen's Promise, and as a Program Coordinator Student Development and Campus Life at Montclair State University. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Human Services from Montclair State University.
