Almeda Co has extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service sectors, currently working in hospitality at Ocean Place Resort & Spa since November 2014. Prior to this, Almeda held a senior wait staff position at Basil T's from September 1999 to April 2014, managing private parties and wine tastings while ensuring a fine dining experience for customers. Almeda also served as a customer service representative at FRG Technology Inc. from July 1994 to September 1996, handling diverse responsibilities including accounting and customer inquiries. Early career experience includes an assistant manager role at McDonald's Philippines, where Almeda supervised a large team and coordinated marketing efforts for a delivery service. Almeda holds a Bachelor of Science in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from Monmouth University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from St. Scholastica's College Philippines.
