Brent Starr

Brent Starr currently serves as the Sr. Director of Sensors and Systems Integration at Ocean Power Technologies since October 2025. Prior to this role, Brent held multiple positions at TDI Technologies, Inc. including Chief Growth Officer, Vice President of West Coast Operations, and Director of West Coast Operations from April 2021 to November 2025. Additionally, Brent was the Chief Growth Officer at TDI Novus, Inc. from January 2024 to November 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Program Manager at NAVWAR from November 2017 to April 2021, focusing on the Undersea Communications and Integration Program Office. Brent's background also includes over nine years at the United States Department of Defense as Principal APM and Principal Integration Program Manager, working on critical communication programs. Brent holds a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Touro University California.
