Diana Dardio

Diana Dardio has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as an Application Support Analyst and F&B General Manager at Ocean Reef Club since October 2006. In this role, Diana oversees the daily operations, scheduling, cost control, and member satisfaction for three busy bars and restaurants in the Florida Keys. Prior to this, Diana held multiple managerial positions at Ocean Reef Club from November 1989 to 2006, including Palm Court Manager, Golf Clubhouse Manager, and Islander Assistant Manager, alongside experience as a server. Additionally, Diana served as the Restaurant Manager at Lobsterman's Wharf from 1995 to 1998 after beginning as a server, showcasing a steady progression in responsibility within the fast-paced restaurant environment.
