Laura Ciampa

Laura Ciampa has a diverse range of work experience. Laura started their career in 1996 as a Property Management Assistant and Special Event Coordinator at Kathi White and Associates. Laura then moved on to Vail Resorts in 1999, where they held various HR positions, including Manager of Human Resources and Manager of Training & Development. Laura worked with Vail Resorts until 2010, except for a six-month gap. After that, they joined Ocean Reef Club, where they worked as an Assistant Director of HR and Training, responsible for designing and facilitating training programs. In 2012, they were promoted to Executive Director of Human Resources and Training at the same company. Additionally, Laura briefly worked as a Concierge Manager for St James Place at Vail Beaver Creek Resort Properties in 2000.

Laura Ciampa attended the University of Oklahoma from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on the fields of Sociology, English, and Classics.
