Currently serving as Guest Services and Property Manager at Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals & Real Estate, Matt manages a portfolio of over 550 vacation rental properties, facilitating communication among owners, contractors, and guests. Prior roles include Guest Services Agent at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, where Matt enhanced customer experience at the largest hotel on Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast, and Digital Marketing Specialist at SEOMarketing Solutions, Inc., where Matt developed marketing strategies for various local businesses.
