Paul Kearney

Paul Kearney is currently working as a Port Captain in the T-AGS Program at Ocean Shipholdings Inc. Paul has prior experience as a Consultant in program management, project management, operations, logistics, and proposal development. Before that, Paul held various roles such as Husbanding Port Captain at Ship Supply, Vessel Manager at 3PSC/Maersk Line, Limited, VP Operations and Director of Operations at 3PSC LLC. Paul also worked as a Business System Analyst at CACI International Inc and as a Quality Director at Dyn Marine Services. Paul Kearney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of New Hampshire and has a background in Building Construction Technology from Don Bosco Technical High School.
