Richard Broome

Richard Broome has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Richard is currently employed as a Community Resilience Entrepreneur at Pro bono, where they work on projects aimed at sustainable community resilience. In 1995, they co-founded Ocean Software and served as the Director of Products. In 2023, they worked as a Consultant at Nimble Australia Pty Ltd for a brief period. From 2012 to 2022, they were the Co-founder and Head of Innovation at Openpay, focusing on driving innovation within the company. Additionally, from 1999 to 2002, they worked as the Technical Director at Zedaxis International.

Richard Broome attended Monash University from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued an App Sci degree in Information Systems.
