Ben Ryter

Ben Ryter is a Performance Excellence Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries, with a strong background in engineering and project management. Since August 2016, Ben has focused on driving supply chain efficiencies and cost savings through the development of innovative initiatives and financial analyses, while also leading advanced technology trials within the cranberry receiving network. Previous roles at Ocean Spray include Senior Project Engineer and Corporate Project Engineer, where Ben managed substantial capital projects and played a key role in modernizing production processes. Ben's early experience includes internships at Precision Fabricators and Acumentrics Corporation, refining skills in engineering and operations. Ben holds a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
