Caroline Bethell

Caroline Bethell serves as the EMEA Managing Director at Ocean Spray Cranberries since November 2013, overseeing brand development and innovations across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to Ocean Spray, Bethell spent eight years at Coca-Cola Enterprises where roles included Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager Controller, and Senior Brand Manager, focusing on brand strategy, financial delivery, and annual brand planning. Earlier career experience includes a position as Dove Skin Cleansing Brand Manager at Unilever HPC, where successful campaigns and range extensions were implemented, and as a Market Analyst at Zenith International Ltd, providing research insights for the bottled water industry. Academic qualifications include a DBA from Bath Spa University and a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School.
