Charles Morrill is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in research and food service. Currently serving as a Senior Research Chef at Ocean Spray Cranberries since March 2020, Charles previously held the position of Junior Research Chef and contributed to product development at Edesia Nutrition from March 2017 to March 2020. Prior to this, Charles was a Teaching Fellow at Johnson & Wales University, responsible for training interns and preparing food for a large student body. Early experience includes roles as a Cook/Food Service Supervisor at Heritage Hotel, managing high-volume food service operations, and internships in various culinary settings. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
