Amal Nardolillo

Amal Nardolillo has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the HCM System Lead and Human Resource Operations Specialist at Ocean State Job Lot from March 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities include collaborating with the HR Department on Standard Operations Procedures and implementing process improvements.
