Ashley Thomas

Ashley Thomas is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Area Manager II in Training & Inventory Control at Ocean State Job Lot since June 2017, Ashley has held multiple roles including Procurement Manager and Operations Project Manager, focusing on inventory management and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a tenure at Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse from July 2006 to June 2017, where Ashley operated as Store Manager, overseeing a retail store generating approximately $2M annually, and as Assistant Manager, responsible for staff scheduling and inventory logistics. Ashley is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business at Southern New Hampshire University, having previously obtained an Associate's degree in Business and in Psychology from the same institution and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, respectively.
