Marissa Palmisano is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in veterinary care and business entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Owner of Boho Beach Thrift since January 2024, Marissa also works as an Emergency & Critical Care Veterinary Nurse at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists, a position held since September 2020. Prior experience includes an internship as an Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Technician at the University of Florida and certification as a Yoga Instructor. Marissa has also contributed as an Executive Assistant and Event/Conference Planner at The National Center for the Improvement of Educational Assessment. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of New Hampshire and an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technician/Animal Nursing from Great Bay Community College.
