Colin Leech

Colin Leech has a vast amount of experience in customer support, having worked in various roles in different companies. Currently employed at Ocean Technologies Group as Senior Director Customer Support, responsible for post-implementation customer support. Prior to this, Colin worked at Mews as Vice President, Customer Support, at Privitar as WW Customer Support Manager, and at MicroStrategy in various roles including Senior Director Customer Support Group EMEA & APAC. Colin also started their career at Hoya Vision Care Europe as an IT Support Assistant. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cardiff University and a Master of Science in Management and Strategic Information Systems from the University of Bath.
