Carol McMeekin

Carol McMeekin is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-house Legal Counsel at OceanaGold Corporation since November 2020. Previously, Carol held senior legal positions at various organizations, including Zespri International and Fulton Hogan, providing comprehensive legal support across multiple sectors such as commercial contracts, procurement, and compliance. Carol's legal career also includes roles at Foodstuffs North Island Limited, Vodafone New Zealand, and Westpac New Zealand Limited, demonstrating extensive expertise in areas such as franchise law, telecommunications, and banking regulations.
