Kevin L. Banig

Kevin L. Banig has extensive experience in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as Senior Business Partner - Data & Analytics (People & Culture) at OceanaGold Corporation since October 2015. In this role, Kevin oversees the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity while leading the implementation of new HRIS systems to optimize HR processes. Previous positions include Human Resources Information System Administrator, where Kevin managed the SuccessFactors platform, and roles focused on HR analytics, learning technology integration, and general HR functions. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Saint Mary's University and a Diploma in Teacher Education from Ifugao State University.
