Martin Wallace has a diverse work experience in the finance and technology sectors. Martin served as the Vice President Treasury at OceanaGold Corporation starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at MineSense Technologies Ltd. from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and human resources. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at New Gold Inc., holding positions such as Vice President, Treasury and Technology, Vice President, Treasurer, and Financial Analyst. During their time at New Gold Inc., they played a key role in financial planning, liquidity management, and scenario analysis. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Stream Oil & Gas in 2008 and as a Hedge Fund Analyst/Manager - Product Development at Dalton Strategic Partnership from 2003 to 2008, where they performed company analysis, stock selection, and quantitative risk analysis.
