Joy Kennedy

Joy Kennedy has extensive experience in office management, human resources, and accounting across various industries. Serving as Office Manager at Boston Chauffeur Inc from November 2021 to November 2023, Joy was responsible for overseeing office duties, scheduling meetings, and managing supplies. Previously, as Accounting Human Resources Manager at ECI Security in early 2020, significant responsibilities included managing accounts payable collections and reconciling credit card statements. From February 2012 to September 2019, Joy worked as HR/Payroll Administrator at Boston Sand and Gravel, processing employee data and managing payroll for over 200 workers. Joy's career began as a Dispatcher at Central Cooling and Heating, where customer communication and work order management were key tasks. Joy holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bunker Hill Community College and a High School Diploma from North Reading High School.
