Adam Leblanc

Adam LeBlanc, MBA, CSM, currently serves as the Small Vehicles Innovation Program Manager at Oceaneering since March 2022. Previously, Adam held the position of PMS 394 Program Analyst at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) from July 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing undersea deployable systems and fostering stakeholder relationships. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Program Manager at Hydronalix, where Adam focused on life-saving innovations for unpredictable water events, and as Program Manager at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, coordinating program management to meet strategic objectives. Adam's career began in the US Navy, where a 21-year tenure included expertise in UUV research and training. Adam obtained an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Studies with a concentration in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
