Constantin Moraru

Constantin Moraru is a highly skilled Rope Access Supervisor L3 with certifications in NDT L2 and API 510/570. With experience spanning over a decade, Constantin has worked in various roles, starting as a Rope Access Technician L1 at SOLO s.r.l from 2008 to 2010, and progressing to L2 and L3 positions at Teco Coating Services and other companies. Currently, they serve as an Irata L3, NDT L2, API 510 at Oceaneering since 2023. Constantin’s background also includes supervision roles at Emirates Industrial Laboratory and Euroflow Designs, showcasing expertise in painting, scaffolding, and mechanical jobs. They completed their education in Thermal Engines Mechanics at Stefan Procopiu Vaslui High School from 1996 to 2000.
