Dheeraj P R, PMP®, is a seasoned professional in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with extensive experience in asset integrity engineering and project management. Currently serving as Principal NDT Engineer and Regional NDT Level 3 at Oceaneering since July 2021, Dheeraj has successfully enabled global business expansion and led a team in remote Computed Radiography review. Previous roles include significant contributions at ExxonMobil, where Dheeraj led teams to assess plant integrity and executed multimillion-dollar cost-saving projects. With a strong foundation in innovative NDT techniques and project management, Dheeraj has also managed critical projects at Altair Engineering Inspections and served in various leadership roles during academic pursuits, including a B.Tech in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
