Josh Johnstone is an experienced process engineer currently working at Oceaneering since March 2022. Prior to this role, Josh served as a maintenance engineer at NextPharma from May 2021 to March 2022 and held various engineering positions including project engineer and hydraulic operations director at Bowen Fluid Engineering from August 2016 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at FMC Technologies as an R&D test and assembly technician and at Sico Europe Ltd as a field service technician. Josh also worked as a hydrometric field technician at Hydro-Logic Ltd and as a mechanical fitter at Grangemouth Ship Repairs Limited. Josh's career began in the Royal Navy as an engineering technician (marine engineer) from March 2008 to February 2012. Josh is currently pursuing a BEng (Honours) in Design and Manufacture at Edinburgh Napier University, expected to be completed in August 2027, and has completed an engineering apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 in mechanical engineering at HMS Sultan.
