Lisa Eubank

Lisa Eubank, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a wealth of experience in human resources. Lisa started their career as a Principal Human Resources Analyst at Kinder Morgan, Inc., where they were initially hired for a 3-week contract but ended up staying for over 6 years. During their time there, they focused on various HR projects, including recruiting, talent development, documentation, and compensation.

After their role at Kinder Morgan, Lisa moved on to Kearfott Guidance and Navigation as a Human Resources Generalist. In this position, they provided frontline coaching to executives and managers to enhance their leadership skills. Lisa also implemented robust HR practices for the privately held company.

In 2014, Lisa joined Oceaneering as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and de facto Global HR Service Line Lead. Their main responsibilities included building strong relationships with executives and providing HR support and services to a diverse global organization in the oilfield service sector.

Lisa Eubank, SPHR, SHRM-SCP graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Lisa also holds additional certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2011 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015. In 2021, they obtained a certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
